Vehicle Emissions Are Causing Serious Environmental Issues
Friday, June 20th, 2008It seems that everywhere you go there is some talk about using hybrid vehicles to help cut pollution and save on gas. You may not understand what all the buzz is about or why you should even care. There is good reason, though, to pay attention to all this talk about current environmental issues.
It is not just about some celebrity stunt or a way for the automobile manufacturers to make more money off you. This surge to more environmentally friendly, gas saving vehicles is about saving the earth, tackling current environmental issues and saving money on gas. Hybrid vehicles allow you to reduce the amount of harmful pollution that is caused from using gasoline. It also allows you to reduce the amount of gas you need to buy.
While it seems like a great idea, most people simply cannot afford to buy one of these new hybrid vehicles. The good news is that electric hybrids are not the only type of hybrid out there. In fact, you can use water power technology to make the vehicle you currently drive into a hybrid.
Making the Switch
Not everyone can afford to buy a new vehicle just to take advantage of hybrid technology. Some people simply do not want to give up the vehicle they currently drive. With water power, you can convert the vehicle you drive now into a hybrid for less than a few hundred dollars.
All you need to do is make a conversion kit. The conversion kit is easy to make and install into your vehicle. It only requires minimal mechanical knowledge to do it. Plus it is reversible, so if you need to remove the kit so you do not void your warranty then you can.
Benefits of Water Power
Water power is actually more beneficial than electric power. Not only is water power easier and cheaper to implement, but it also is cleaner and more efficient.
Electric power is rather limiting. How electric power works is it uses a combination of electric power and fuel. The electric power runs the car when there is no need for extra power or pull. The rest of the time, such as when accelerating or going up hills, the fuel bring motor is used. The actual amount of fuel saved is limited depending on what type of driving you do.
With water power you get more power, so that means the fuel burning motor works less. Most people report at least a 50% savings on gas when using water power. Water power is not limited by weight like electric power. Water power has enough energy to accelerate and pull your vehicle.
In addition, water power allows you a smoother ride and creates less wear and tear on your vehicle then fuel power alone.
Going Green
When you choose to use hybrid technology you are choosing to do something good for the environment. You will likely qualify for green rebates from the government. In the case of water power, these benefits may even allow you to earn back the money you spent on converting your vehicle, so you can convert to water power, virtually, free.
